Just because Al Gore invented the internet here in the United States, doesn't mean our country still has to govern it. Obama is right on track to take the heavy burden of managing this ever-growing thing off the shoulders of the citizens. By distributing management world-wide, more countries can get even
more work done and freedom of speech will spread. It can't reach China fast enough. #lightspeed
