Cruz - A True Conservative Outsider
Ted "The Penguin" Cruz repeatedly insists he is The True Conservative and a Washington Outsider. Forget the fact that he is well-hated in D.C. The real reason he is a True Outsider is because he has managed to use shrewd campaign tactics as he gobbles up delegates right under our noses. And his cigarette holder.

Aha Uses For Your Potato
Following the craze of new uses for common things: The next time you think your potato is just for eating, think again.
I don't ever forget to go "out" when I use a potato.
My keys are easy to find now.
The fish water can't go stale with my potato reminder!
Laundry is easier to sort when you mark piles with a potato.
Something tells me it's time for a sweep!
I'll know just where to resume my reading with this handy marker.
When the potato turns black and sprouts, I'll know my plant is dead.
Hmmm. Sure looks like it's time to put those shoes by the front door away.
My potato helps me never to miss another iOS update again.
Need to mark your parking place in a long driveway? Not a problem with your potato.
Did somebody forget to make their bed? Not anymore when you use your potato.
When you are especially proud of a great deal, it's fun to mark it with your potato.
And sometimes, I just enjoy the companionship.
Convention Drama
What's all this fuss about a possible congested convention this summer? Doesn't everyone already know how to treat that? #EmilyLatella

Obama Distracts The Terrorists
The world is shaking from the recent terrorist attacks in Belgium. In order to scare ISIS, Obama had his first Tango lesson filmed in order to change the optics. #Comforter-in-chief

Hillary, The Outsider
People argue that Hillary is not an outsider, she's been in politics over 30 years. Ah, but she is an outsider. She is using 1992 ideas to run for president in 2016. No one else is doing that!

Two For One
Bernie Sanders is taking the country by storm. Who could have predicted such popularity? Proof that America is indeed ready for socialism. Not only that - if he wins, we get two Bernies for the price of one! #LarryDavid #SNL

Stop. In The Name of Love.
#Jeb2016 simply needs to throw in his towel. His candidacy and tactics prove that the politics of his brother and father no longer speak to America. His bankroll proves you can have a boatload of money and it still doesn't mean you are the right person for the job. Whining is for dogs, snarky ads are for the student council. Stop, Jeb. Stop.

Election 2016 Insight #167
Marco Rubio is very articulate. He needs to dye his hair gray so more people will listen. The reverse of Hollywood.

John Kerry's Bike Accident
Everyone quit joking about John Kerry's recent bike accident abroad. It's hard to ride in a suit. Give him a break.

Casual Friday Comes To The Precinct
This is a big week for President Obama. Not only did he caution us that Global Warming is a far greater threat than ISIS (whew!), he is busy reinventing the public perception of The Police. In his quest to make our police warmer and fuzzier, he is removing much of their equipment. Since a lot of the weapons came from the military, perhaps they will just be destroyed? Not to be outdone by limiting their ammo use, Obama is extending his makeover to include the uniforms. Be on the lookout for polo shirts embroidered with first names and regulation khaki cargo pants.

Who Even Needs A Pen?
Our President is so influential, all he has to do is speak and it is so. Not only did he show us Iran is not a terrorist state, now he adds Cuba to the list! Peacafying the world, one country at a time. #Legacy

Spot Picks the 2016 Candidates, All of them
So here it is. It doesn't really matter how popular you are, or what your campaign does. You just gotta win two key states. Florida and Ohio. That's it. Focus on those two states and everything else will fall into place. The coastal states always go Democratic, the central and south usually vote Republican. Ohio and Florida are toss-ups and have the next largest number of electoral votes so it all boils down to them.
If that's the case, the Republicans need to pick two very popular governors who have worked with both parties and managed these states effectively. Enter Jeb Bush, ex-Florida governor and John Kasich, current Ohio governer. After all, remember that to be a strong president, you ought to have lead a state (or large corporation) and not just sat your butt in congress. These two guys could nab the White House for the New Republican party.

Now that we have the Republicans settled, let's use the same theory for the Democrats. Since there aren't any noteworthy governors, we skip to the next best thing. A former Secretary of State and First Lady: Hillary Clinton. Not only does she know everyone in the world, she already knows the floor plans for the White House. She's such a force to be reckoned with, she can run for President and Vice President! Not to mention that her secret weapon, the First Man, can step up to bat, too. This will be the old Democrat party with a twist: one person for two jobs. Why not?

The Art Of Another Deal
Washington beaurocrats sure know how to get things done.
First, it was saving time by not reading the 2,000+ page Obamacare document but voting for it - then reading it. Now, it's making a nuke pre-deal of a deal with Iran and not putting anything in writing. Saving laptop batteries and keystrokes this time.
The Emporer does too wear clothes. We have proof. #Expedient

Campaign Predictions 2016.3
Things just got tougher for Republicans. Freshman Senator Ted Cruz is following in Barack Obama's footsteps by announcing with just two years of senatorial experience, why not run for President of the free world? Ted's oratory has been called eloquent, but he's no Barack. When Obama tells us what his facts are, people believe him. When Cruz speaks, he stirs the pot. Ted will polarize his party and weaken them, while others will support Hilary who can now tie both hands behind her back, quit providing email copies, not even show up for debates and still do well in the polls. Democrats should start sending Cruz thank-you notes.
In an unrelated story, does anyone else see a resemblance between Cruz and the original Penguin? That's the reason I can't vote for him.

Vote. It's The Law.
Hugo Chavez also wanted everyone in his country to vote and was very successful and making that happen. He has inspired President Obama's recent idea to require everyone to vote. "It would be transformative." Talk about true equality! The government is going to give everyone the chance to vote by making sure they do.
